believe the body has been there since this summer and now they're trying to identify who it is. jenna: the discovery was made just east of tilden in madison county. according to the madison county sheriff, a hunter came upon the body shortly before noon yesterday in a shelter belt just north of highway 275. tim: the investigator on the case e ys the unidentifiedperson is believeded to be a man n o died sometime over the summer. a forensic exam is scheduled to try and identify the body. investigators saying they don't really have any leads at this time. " we honestly don't have anything to indicate foul play, but at this point there isn't anything to rule it out eitr. so we're just looking at this as a completely blank slate and we'll just rely our findings on what the forensic examinations come up with." tim: the body is scheduled to be transported tomorrow to the nebraska state laboratory in lincoln. jenna: sioux city police are warning residents about fake money circulating in the area. tim: the problem stems from local counterfeitting operations. abc9's elisa raffa

elisa: tim, jenna... counterfeit bill circulation isot sioux city, but growing exponentially. police say it's a hard problem to control. many customers and cashiers are often too busy to check for fake bills and once they circulate, it's hard keep tabs on where the bills came from. and in sioux city, police are finding fake bills for every denomination, not ju the larger 20s, 50s, or 100s. "it has progressively gotten worse. i've been in the property detective unit for almost 2 years now and it has literally skyrocketed...now i get at least one fake bill every day" says detective bill nice, sioux city police department. customers and businesses who encounter fake bills often lose out on that money. police say using a counterfeit bill is equivalent to stealing. and suggest businesses check each bill during every transaction. customers should check to see if their change looks or feels different. "check every bill.

sioux city's economic development director explains why the company backed out. "trinity loved the site, they love sioux city. if they ever come back in the future they said they would certaintly consider us. but, it has to do with the oil rket...the price of oil dropping so dramatically really has impacted their customers, a a so the demandndor the facility they were going to build here just really decreased" says marty dougherty, director of economic development for sioux city. jenna: dougherty says spots in southbridge business park are in high demand, so they're not worried about the econic impact of losing this project. tim: a proposed campground will be the central focus at city hall tomorrow night at 7pm, sioux cityty parks and rec, will hold a meeting on thehe fifth floor council chambers at city hall to discuss the proposed campground development project. that meeting is open to the public. jenna: in the wake of justste antonin scalia's death last week. the supreme court returned to work today, chief justice john roberts began the session with a tribute, calling scalia a man for all seasons and with an

spirit. jenna: there is still plenty of talk about who will replace justice scalia on the bench. u-s senator from iowa and head of the senate judiciary comittee, chuck grassley, has said the president should allow the next commander in chief to make the decision.. republican congressman david young from iowa's 3rd district weighed in when asked about the situation. "theheresident will follow the constitutions he should and the senate i imagine will advise and consent and in the senate, the house is not involved, the senate will approve or disapporve or not bring the issue up at all. i'm watching like everybody y@se. would you say you disagree then with senator grassley and his opinion on this? i'm gonna leave that up to the senate, senator grassley's going to do the right thing in the end, he always does. " president obama has said he will make hisis appointment when congress returns from recess.

south dakota's house has approved a measure that would increase teacher pay in the state. the proposed bill would help governor dennis daugaard's plan to raise teacher pay by implementing a half cent hike on ste sales tax. last week house lawmakers were just one vote shy of passing the bill. it now heads to the senate for approval. tim on cam in 2000, president clinton officially dedecated march as national colon cancer awareness month. since then, it hasgrown to be a rallying point foror patients, survivors, and caregivers alike. with march just around the corner... abc9 is taking a closer look at the best way to prevent colon cancer. and if you are 50 or older....it starts with a conversation with your doctor about getting a colonoscopy. there are good reasons not to put off getting a colonoscopy. first, statistics show 1 in 20 people will be diagnosed with colon cancer.... but there's an even better reason... dr. bryce robison. " that's s sething local barber ron harris knows all too well. age 50 came and went for him and without symptoms he never gave colon cancer a second thought. frontrunners are celebrating victories from the weekend. jenna: the democratic caucus in nevada and the south carolina primary are nonothe books each party is looking to the next contest in the same states. jenna: on the democractic side, hillary clintod took nevada's caus. holding off vermont senator bernie sanders to win the state. tim: on the republican side donald trump took care of things last night coming out ahead down g-o-p field. with one less candidate today. tim: suspended his campaing after yet another low voter turnout last night. and as candidates left in the race look forward the early presidential contest switch. s the democrats ad to south carina and the republicans stumping in nevada for tomorrow's caucus. donald trump is celebrating a dominant showing, scoring all 50 of the south carolina's
